I will never live here again and would not suggest it to anyone. Here is my experience... The office staff is nice to your face but never gets anything done. I called because I gave them a punch list almost a year ago that they never took care of that included:

1. NO shower heads ( I ended up purchasing my own)
2. Messed up walls
3. Carpet that smelled like piss
4. Refrigerator Door had holes in the shelves so stuff would fall into the door..

Total of about 20 things...
NONE OF THESE WERE FIXED WITHIN A YEAR...
We called about 4 times to remind them then stopped calling.

Then the smoke detector stopped working. Did they come fix it' NOPE still broke, been that way for 5 months now... I am moving out in 2 weeks, by the way.

Then the garbage disposal, yeah the one in the sink went crappy on us while disposing. Called and noone showed for about a week. I called and nothing for another couple of days. The food in there started smelling so bad that I actually squeezed lemons and poured Dr. Pepper to eat away at the food so I would not gag when walking into my apt. Finally after a total of 2 weeks and lots of bitching it was fixed.

Then we are washing clothes and the washer from the Flintstones era decided to drop a full tub of water on my kitchen floor. This was on a Saturday at about 10am. I called the Emergency 24X7 Line and they actually told nothing could be done until Monday. I told them that I had 3 inches of water in my kitchen floor and that they would be there in one way or another to fix it. So they sent someone out 6 hours later. By this time the water was under all of our carpet, Yes again after that our carpet smelled like piss.

Then the people above us had the same problem, accept the water came through the lights and stuff in the ceiling and flooded us again. They fixed it 2 days later.

Then I called and told them that I was not going to pay my last months rent because they had not fixed anything on the list that I gave them when I moved in. They said I am supposed to call every week if the stuff has not been fixed. I said that I have a full time job and it is not what she does. They want me to call and remind them every week that they did not do their job. WOW, I think I am switching careers.
