Maintenance and Office Staff Very Poor From: bottom__line Date posted: 5/16/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Since I have lived in Woodmere Creek Apartments the past two years, I have had numerous problems getting maintenance on my apartment. My air conditioner has been repaired about 5 times, my washer, and both my toilets. In each instance, it has taken at least 2 weeks to a month to fix the problem. I just got through going a month without either of my toilets working correctly. Also, when confronted with these problems, the office staff is very unfriendly and rude.
