I've lived here 4 years, due to the great location as far as my job. The current office staff (Angela, Ashley, and Gloria) have become nicer (at one time they were very dismissive, but something has changed along the way) but whenever I've had a maintenance request, I've had to call repeatedly to get anyone to come out, and then they only look at the problem and don't actually do anything to fix it. My biggest problem to date has been mold in the bathroom and there are now several large foundation cracks throughout my apartment.
It also seems they're not too worried about trash around the buildings. My neighbors always leave bags of trash outside their doors (one actually moved out two months ago and his trash is still there - I called the office several times, but it's still there).
The positives are that it's convinient to anywhere I want to go, it's pretty quiet (at least where I am), and the layout is great. The negatives are the wallpaper and fixtures are outdated, the office staff is nice but not always helpful, and it costs more to live here than a lot of other places. I personally paying for convenience.
