BEWARE OF STAFF AND APARTMENT POLICIES... the "PET FEE" does not cover any damages and they will send you an outrageous bill for what they claim is "damaged". Sent me over $2000 for a bill for carpet.. 6 year old carpet needed to be replaced... then charged for the vinyl kitchen flooring which was shot when we moved in.. RIP OFF BEWARE.. cost us over $2000
HAD to shove knife in microwave for 2 years because maintenance wouldn't come fix it.. when washer broke it took them a MONTH to come fix it after I had to call and hound them....
