Woodmere Creek is a great location, very close to I-65 and 31. I think thats the best part about it. The newer units(built 1998) are great and spacious, and pretty well built with a good floor plan and huge bathrooms. The older units aren't so great, they're outdated with ancient appliances. Parking isn't ideal but satisfactory. I never had a problem with the staff: things were fixed fairly timely but had to be reminded several times. Overall Woodmere is a good plave to live and i always felt pretty safe. Biggest complaint is the water bill! I live in a 2 bedroom and our water bill is $70-$80 per month! WAY WAY above what anyone i know pays.
