The staff is very nice but so much is out of their control. Everthing breaks down and it takes for ever to get it fixed or else they fix it and it is broke again in a week. The front gate of this gated community soes not work and didn't in the 3 years that I lived there. They charged me for carpet that was old when I moved in. Not taking in to consideration normal wear and tear. The dishwasher never worked properly and they would not replace it or fix it. They should seriously look at updating their policies and remodeling the apts. they are getting a really bad rep.
