Terrace Apartments

2141 17th Avenue South, Birmingham, AL 35205

03/09/14 by anonymous: Terrace Court is a 100 year old building. It shows. Every week some other issue persists. Whether it's the side of the building falling off, the stairwell screen falling in, the weather stripping on the slippery marble flooring blowing away in the wind, pipes bursting, ceilings leaking, nails poking up through the floor and stabbing your feet, leaks, cracks, more
