The ads for this place make it sound like a great luxury apartment. After a couple weeks you start to realize that is a joke. The door knobs fall off, the tackboard comes up through the carpet so you have to know where to step without shoes on, the closet doors fall off. It is not a great place if you enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains that the ads promise. We had a couple crazy neighbors that would be blasting music, burning out in the parking lot, revving engines, smashing bottles, and lighting off fireworks at all hours of the night. The office staff was very friendly but ditsy. The trash guys that come around were a little creppy too. We had a valet trash service that was supposed to come around at around 8:00 every night. Some nights he would show up around midnight or 1 in the morning with about 10 helpers.
