I have been here for a little over a year now and I have no major complaints. The staff is friendly and they work with you on most issues. From what I have seen they are pretty responsive to any problems with the apartments. The only complaits I have are the price and the noise. They are a little pricey, but they are in the nicer end of the Huntsville area. The noise from the road (Govenors/431) and of course the neighbors (you get that with any Apartment complex). During the summer I get a lot of noise from the pool area. People tend turn the pool stereo system up and leave it up all night. Oh I almost forgot about the excercise room. Everything works great....except the tredmills. Rather annoying. Over all I do like this place. it has nice access to the Arsenal and to some shopping. For some of the more Major stores it's about a 20 - 30 minute drive to the mall or to the stores on university.
