Its very spacious, everything works well, and the complex in general feels pretty safe. The grounds are kept very neat and clean, you rarely see people standing around loitering, which makes me really uncomfortable. Pretty decent for the price... Kensington has been a great place to live. The only reason we're leaving is because my husband got a job offer out of state, otherwise there is no telling how long we'd be here. This has been home for a while now. I'll be sad to leave.
