My wife and I love this place and consider it our home for the long term. In addition to the rent we pay for a detached garage, but parking in the lot is also very good. We always get a space next to the building (unlike places I have lived in the past where they double park). We have made maintenance calls and they are very responsive...and the office staff is courteous as well. The only current problem is growing traffic on County Road 64. It can sometimes take more than a few minutes to make a left-hand into traffic during peak times.
