Their Rent rates are the highest in this town, and they do nothing as far as making their residents feel comfortable, The front gate has never worked, the Buildings are falling apart, the maintenace man is incapable of doing anything and their is ZERO upkeep.

Thanks for charging insane rates for zero service, No wonder people are leaving as fast as they can
