When I was looking to move, I looked at every apartment complex in Daphne. Audubon was by far the nicest looking. I saw places that allowed their residents to store reclicers and other indoor furniture on their balconies. That's just trashy. You won't find that here. People are allowed to tastefully decorate their balconies to make it feel like home. The staff has always been nice to me. They all know me by name. I've lived in other apartments since 1998 and never had anyone remember my name whan I walked in the office. We are happy here and plan on staying long term. In my experience as far as rental costs, you get what you pay for. It's worth it to me.
