The management is terrible. I have only lived here 4 months and I cannot wait to move. Will probably break my lease to get out of here. Noise complaints fall on deaf ears. The 25 lb pet limit is a joke. Especially when you see 100 lb german shepherds walking around. Parking is awful. They allow people to hang very tacky crap on their balconies. It is anything goes here. Courtesy officer'''' Where' No one has ever returned my call when needed.

I agree agree agree!!! I have lived here for amost 3 years and it use to be great! They use to screen the people they allowed to live here and now they will let whom ever wants to. The price is outrageous! As long as I have lived here the "sercurity" gates have half ass worked! When our lease is up we are moving. Courtesy Officer does nothing. I think he just wants reduced rent or free whichever it it. The 25lb pet limit is a joke especially when you see one of the maintenance guys walking his 2 dogs that weigh well over that. I think he has a bulldog and a german shepherd. The "pick up after your pet or you will be fined" is a joke also. Who walks around to to check? NO ONE!

At Audubon Park we allow pets over 25 lbs with a larger pet fee. There are some breed restrictions that apply. We also have a 2 pet limit. Along with a pet friendly community do come problems with residents that don't abide by the rules. We implemented the fine for not picking up after the pets to help minimize this problem. We have fined several residents for not abiding and continue to do so. If you are having problems with a neighbor please contact us at the office and we will address the issue. Live somewhere else. i asked for a quiet apartment and was placed next to the peacock farm (or whatever it is). i could not even sleep in my room because of the noise. one morning i even woke up to a cottonmouth in my apartment. management acted like it was no big deal.
