I have only lived here for 7 months. I have read every single review on this site, and do not agree with any of the negatives that have been said. I have lived in another community in this town and this far outweighs where I was. To say this is the best community in Daphne makes it sound like "...considering what else is here". If that is the point trying to be made, it is completely untrue. While it is the best community in Daphne, it could still be a comparable property with other nice properties on the Eastern Shore and even Mobile. I live in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with beautiful bay windows in my living room and a huge fireplace. The closet space is amazing and the bathrooms are very roomy! Each bedroom has big picture windows. I love my open kitchen that allows me to look over the countertop into the living room/dining room.
I always have a great parking place along with the other tenants in my building. I don't have problems with noise. The office staff are hard working and very friendly. The maintenance department is very timely and friendly as well. The grounds are very well kept and nicely landscaped. The pool area is awesome. The tennis courts are very nice. I enjoy the exercise room. We have two WORKING computers in the cyber room. This a very safe community to live in. What's not to love'
As far as other complaints, I don't understand what their concerns were!
