I would NOT recommend Bay Vista apartments!! The walls in many apartments have mold, and when I brought this up to both managers (both new & old) nothing was done. In fact, the new manager told me that they would Kilz over it & it would be fixed in a week!! Who paints over mold' MANY times ants came in through the front door because there was a hole under the carpet that wasn't repaired. The fire extinguisher was about 8 years out-of-date. It took us about 10 months to have someone put in an air-conditioning cabinet that wasn't falling apart. (The previous one was made from OSB & it had gotten wet & was very moldy, along with the walls!)
