This is a nice community. I have yet to witness any of the things that would turn me away as a young single female (loitering, noise, etc...). If my overbearing parents love it, trust me it's OK. Staff is prompt and professional and other residents seem friendly and respectful as well. I really feel at home here. Highly recommended by a person who never does reviews. Just couldn't bare to see the old (2005 or better)negative things being potrayed as if they are still valid. I don't know what used to go on here but things must have changed.
