My apartment is sliding closer to the lake as we speak. I have squirrels that seasonally live in my walls. I hear my neighbors having sex quite easily. The cable company sucks beyond belief. People love to drive through here with their speakers and base as high as it will go. The electric bill can get around 100 a months for a ONE BEDROOM because the insulation sucks. The people that work here rock though, and they're trying to clean the place up. You may want lived in charm, but these apartments are more worn out.

The kitchen is kind of gross. The oven is pretty old, as well as the "microwave" I'd say from at least the early 80's (it has one dial on it) The tile is ripped in places and curls up in some areas.

By the way, my floor is all uneven, some doors dont open all the way because of it.

I rarely call the office, except for the two times my air conditioner broke in a span of one month, and the time my upstairs neighbor got crazy drunk and started breaking things... I just got my renewal info, and they raised my damn rent almost$100 dollars. For over 600 dollars I could find a way better place, and I did. So long Grand Piece of Crap!!!!
