Poor groundskeeping coupled with an even poorer office staff, this place is a nightmare. They're rude, catty, and all in all very unprofessional. While the maintenance crew is nice and efficient, you have to deal with the office to get to them.

When you do have a complaint about something broken, they treat you like you broke it. They're rarely in the office during office hours.

The wallpaper in the apartment looks like something left over from 1982. The walls are dirty. The carpets were filthy when we moved in, we had to pay to clean them ourselves.

This place might be perfect for someone that has no pride in their home, but it stinks otherwise.

The parking lot has holes in it and it's way over-crowded.

In short, this place sucks. We can't wait til our lease is up.
