I love it here at Grande Pointe, it is very quiet, I have made friends with my neighbors and the office staff are great too! As far as the complaint with bugs, I have never seen any, the tenant who posted that review must have refused service because they spray here often. The location is very convenient and the lake is so relaxing. Many of the units are being updated with new appliances too!

The bugs were there when we moved into the apartment.
I find it strange that this person with no name shows up every once in awhile and leaves a great review for them. Sounds like the Management is playing games.
