I have lived here for almost four years and every year things get worse. My dog barked one day and i found a child at my window with a two by four, mold every where, so many exchange students you never really know who is living where and they so far have let a huge amount of water leak from up stairs, ruined our whole entertainment center, all the office could say was hope you have renters ins, even though the cause was maintenance failing to seal their toilet up stairs, still haven't gotten my ceiling fixed and it has been over a month. They have also thrown cig butts down stairs and burned our new car, all the exchange student could say is "it's not my bad, I have friends over" which I might add are little 13 and 14 year old girls, they are 22 ....do not live here
