I moved in and its the worst place by FAR that I have ever lived in. I think the shelter house or the park in downtown mobile has better living conditions than lakeforest. We were told water was included with our rent, and guess what' A month later we got a bill for $100 from a company not even located in Alabama. The wonderful pool'' HAHA. Too funny. It has had a leak, apparently for quite some time. The water, well apparently its based on the number of people and the sq ft of the apt. Hmmm, thats odd, especially when 14 people live above me and their water bill is less than MINE!! This place sucks. I would not recommend ANYONE EVER MOVING IN. They lie and treat tenants like ----!
