I lived here for a year in 2006. Two of my friends also lived here in different apartments than mine. We all had the same 1 bd/1 bath apt. with fireplace. My rent was $25 hire than one friends and $40 hire than the others. I think that the prices aren't stable and they charge you what they feel they can get out of you. The ladies in the office when I lived there where so RUDE and mean for absolutely no reason. Everytime I went in for anything at all you would think I murdered their dog or something. Totally unnecessary hormonal --------. The only thing I could say that was really great about living there was the maintenance guys. They were always very prompt to fix everything I needed and even helped me move furniture I couldn't pick up even though that was'nt their job by far. Don't know if the same people are there now, from what I've read in another review its changed and gotten worse. That's too bad because without great maintenance guys this apartment gets a big BOOOOOOO from me. If you went to the pool to swim the ------- from the office would come out and hassle you and ask you which apartment you lived in over and over to the point where you wouldn't even want to go to the pool at all. I lived next to the entrance so when I was coming in and out of my apartment I would literally have to avoid a wreck everytime because everyone flys into the parking lot so fast you don't have time to back up. There was some apartments that had really nice grass and flowers planted but the front of my apt. had all dirt and rocks so when it rained I got mudded and actually fell on my ass a few times from it. I think some of the apartments here looked great from the outside, but don't let that fool you. It's a headache waiting to happen.

I agree - don't move to this apartment complex. The people in the office are rude and can be mean and the maintenance people are nothing to brag about either. It's very unprofessional. And the rent keeps going up and up and up. Nothing improves, however. There are obvious repairs that need to be made and nothing gets done. It's also true that the people that drive in and out fly - there's no speed bumps by the entrance and heaven forbid you need to back out of your parking space. You have to be careful or you'll get hit in the back end! I wouldn't recommend living there!
