DO NOT MOVE HERE The management is terrible. I have only lived here 4 months and I cannot wait to move. Will probably break my lease to get out of here. Noise complaints fall on deaf ears. The 25 lb pet limit is a joke. Especially when you see 100 lb german shepherds walking around. Parking

I LOVE LIVING HERE. THE COMPLEX IS BEAUTIFUL AND THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY. THEY HAVE GREAT EVENTS THAT GIVE THE RESIDENTS A CHANCE TO GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER. IT'S VERY WELL MANAGED AND THE MAINTENCE STAFF IS REALLY ON THE BALL.

Just OK New managment trying to make same changes,but first of all is to rise rent.Buildings are so pld that after they renovated few apartments it is still a old apartment.There is a lot of month-to-month renters...no one cares...There is better apts in Daphne.
