I moved to Alabama from New Jersey in August of 2007. My boyfriend had already got our apartment all set up and I was so shocked when I walked in the door! Granted, the new furniture helped bring our apartment to life but it was so nice and better than what I was expecting. We first stayed in the 2 bedroom apartments on the 2nd floor. There are no washer and dryer hookups but there were 2 laundry rooms on the floor level where I could do laundry. I hated that you have to pay but it was only I THINK .50 for wash and .50 for dry at the time and that's much better than going to the laundry mat. When we found out we were expecting we moved into their townhomes across the street. The only downside there was the lack of closet space! Each bedroom has a HUGE closet but the hallway has some weird closet/cabinet in the hallway. You'd think it was a closet but when you open the door the shelves are only like 6 in. in width' I don't know why they did something like that' We had to put our linens and towels in our closet. I never had a problem with people and noise. Everyone was so nice at the townhomes!! You also get 2 assigned parking spaces at the townhouses. That was definately a plus and at the apartments everyone kind of fell into routine and always parked in the same spots (atleast when we were living there until June 20, 2008 that is how it was) Well hope this review helps =]
