These apartments are brand new. The layout is great! Open living/kitchen area and spacious closets. However, the walls are VERY thin. When we moved in, we were told that the firewalls would keep outside noise out, but that has definitely proven to be false. We can hear everything that goes on in apartments around us. The contractor used cheap materials when building. We have literally bumped against the wall and it has left a mark. I'm afraid that in just a few years, the apartments will be pretty run-down. There are parties in and outside our building almost every weekend, and nothing is really done about it. It would be nice to be able to open my windows and have an enjoyable evening without having to listen to people screaming at each other outside.
