I have lived here about 5 months now. When I first moved in it was fairly quiet but now I am surrounded by college students. This wouldn?t be so bad if the noise didn?t transfer through the walls as bad as it does. Overall the apts are very nice but not much was put into construction costs. The doors inside are a cardboard type material that is about as thick. The model we looked at had better doors and trim. This could be due to the apts being built in two phases. However the staff is very nice and get things done fast. I have to complain about the noise and after 3 months now we are still waiting for someone to fix our window that leaks. We were told that only the people who built the apartments could fix this, however 8 phone calls later it still leaks. It might be the bast in Decatur but it is not worth the 520 a month.
