Noisy during day while trying to sleep due to working night shift. Can not cook in oven without setting fire alarm in apt off due to poor design of kitchen and ac/heater vents in ceiling causing the least bit of smoke to become trapped in the hallway and causing the alarm in the apt to go off. Sliding glass doors to patio during winter allow cold air to enter so much that air moves curtains. Takes months to get something fixed in apt that is not working. Kitchen is poorly designed, no drawers for things such as silverware only have pull out flat drawers with no dividers in them so stuff slides everywhere in cabinets. I had a noise complaint during normal business hours and called office to complain and office would not do anything about it just stated that I needed to call this other number for that instead of just taking care of problem themselves. Parking is poor, some nights not many places to park. Rent has to be mailed off elsewhere and can not be paid at office at all which in some cases due to the mailing system the payment is considered late so they constantly are collecting late fees and state that late fees can be paid a local office but you can not pay your regular monthy rent there, doesn't make sense how one can be paid locally and the other not. If you work nights this is not the place for you because you will become sleep deprived from the noises from maintenance and sometimes other occupants. I had more problems with noise coming from the maintenance people than tenants.
