I had a six month lease and I must say, compared to my new place, Wheeler was a dream come true! The staff was friendly. The one maintenance problem (sink) I had was fixed that day. I never saw my neighbors. I received letters re: little parties/events quite often - though I never had time to attend them. If I was ever in Decatur again, I wouldn't hesitate to live there. Now my new place...that's a different story!
