WE LIVED HERE FOR A YEAR. ON A REGULAR BASIS WE HAD THINGS GO MISSING FROM OUR APARTMENT WE EVENTUALLY PUT IN CAMERAS TO CATCH WHO EVER. IT IS POORLY MAINTAINED THIER IS A BLACK DUST ON EVERYTHIGN. MANAGEMENT EVEN RENTED OUR APARTMENT BEFORE WE MOVED (ILLEGAL)AS WELL AS COLLECTED RENT TWICE FOR THE SAME APARTMENT. ALSO MADE COMMENT THAT COMMUNITY WOULD BE KID FREE WHEN SHE WAS DONE.

I Agree I live there now. Don't be fooled by the low rent. My tolilet has been broke for over 6 months and I too have black dust all over.

Black dust & toilet broke, must be the sorry maintenance man, he has a excuse for everything like he is so busy. I went to his little maintenance shop and is was tied shut & he was asleep with his feet up. However the the painter/grounds person is seen everywhere working. He is very helpful to all the tenants.
