Unfortunately, I live under the neighbor from hell. Because of her trash on my patio everyday, I had to put my patio furniture up and can no longer use my patio. This is very unfair to me due to the fact that I pay $600.00 per month rent. Not only does her trash fall on my head when I try to sit on my patio to have a cup of coffee, she has a demon child that stays up til 1 and 2 in the morning playing ball over my head. Sure I have been complaining for 5 weeks, but nothing has been done, so IO have decided to break my lease and move.
Just make sure you know who you are living UNDER, as your upstairs neighbor can make Oates Estates very uncomfortable for you. Sure if I lived in the projects paying $50 per month rent, I would expect for trash to be thrown on my head everyday, and the kids to utilize the apartment as a park at 1 and 2 in the morning, but for $600 per mo9nth, I expected more. I am very unhappy here because of my upstairs neighbor and no one is doing anything about it.
