Oates Estates is by far the nicest apartments in Dothan. I habr lived there for the past year and just renewed my lease for another year. I am a traveling nurse and always feel very safe when coming in late at night. There are police officers that live on the property. The manager is always nice. Most of the complaints about the living here are from people who are causing the problems and the manager is trying to get rid of them. I am pleased with this place.

um i woke up to gunshots at 4am one morning. im a nurse also and i practically run to my apt at nite. if it werent for my boxer i wouldnt even feel safe in my apt when my husband is not there
