NEW TENANT MOVES IN TO APARTMENT, ONLY TO BE CONFRONTED BY HOMELESS PERSON WHO HAS BEEN SLEEPING IN IT!!! FREQUENT VISITS BY THE COPS FOR DOMESTIC DISPUTES!!
