we moved theyre several months and let me explain to you what they told it was suppossed to be like, one was an every month maintance check on your apartment to make sure the carpet walls, etc were up to standards, 2, cops on site 24/7 to make you feel secure and etc. let me tell you that all those pictures your looking at are full of it. we dont have a park that looks like it does in the picture, theyres not grass in the backyards, just dirt and when i asked them what to do they told me i could buy seeds myself if i'd like, what kind of stuff is that' and than mostly they are suppossed to have high standards for people living theyre well i dont see it at all. it looks like they changed it to section 8. if i wanted section 8 apartment i would of moved down the block. i have kids and i was awaken numerous times by partys. i dont feel secure at all. oh and roaches yes they have roaches in the apartment at first i thought i was seeing somethig because i am the cleanest person alive but since they let anyone live in theyre i guess they let filth move in and that's what they got. i explained to them about bugs they send exterminators and came to spray and theyre so cheap they had them come in and spray 2 puffs one in kitchen and one in bathroom could they spare it' its ridicious. i cant wait to get the hell out of this hell hole they should be embarassed to run this place under false pretences. i agree with the other person they have people driving in parking lot full speed and kids around they say nothing at all. i dont see any changes being made. also never any parking i have kids and i have to walk 2 apartments over its ridicious!! BEST PART IS MY BACKDOOR LOCK DOESNT WORK AND I ASKED THEM TO FIX IT THEY HANDED ME A STICK AND TOLD ME TO PUT IT IN THE BACKDOOR WHAT KIND OF CRAP IS THAT IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME LOOK AROUND AT NEIGHBORS AND THEYRE DOORS A COUPLE OF MY NEIGHBORS TOLD ME THEY TOLD THEM TO DO THE SAME.. CRAZY!!
if i was you pay the extra move elsewhere cause i am when my lease is up.
