This place has turned into a dump. However the staff is fairly nice but will do limited things to fix a problem. The typical responce is I will have to check with my boss to find out what policy is and what we can do. How about a little initiative and take charge of what you are responsible for. I have been pissed on by the third floor dog who by the way was pissing on the porch. We are seeking legal council and will be filing suit on this Property. We were told if you arnt going to renew your lease I'm just going to talk to the people who are on the third floor. What about the poor souls that move in after we leave' The playground has been torn up for weeks now because they say they implement policies about children being supervised by adults but do nothing to ensure its happening. The kids completely tore the playground up and now our 3 year old cant even play on it.You would think they would do something concidering it will cost them money to fix it. Oh wait no it wont because they arnt fixing it as it seems.We feel as if we live in the ghetto. Again the staff is very polite Steve is great and we enjoy talking with him. We know its not him as I'm sure if he were responsible for it we probally wouldnt have a problem.You would think management would get involved but its all about the dollar and as long as the moneys coming in who cares. What ever happened to providing a stable safe and pleasant surrounding to your tenants'
