I moved to Dothan from Orlando and signed a year lease with Oates Estates, which I have just completed. I found my stay there to be rather pleasant! I have read most of the reviews and found them to be quite interesting. I did not have any problem with bugs, but then again I kept my apartment clean. There were some tenants and their kids that I did not enjoy living around. Thats what you get with living in any apartment. Your not going to like everyone that lives around you. The staff was great in handleing any problem that I had. They live in the apartment complex, so they completely understood the problems I encountered and they were very professional in taking care of them.

actually my apartment is very very clean but i seem to be in the same complex as others who are not, and as you know in an apartment complex all it takes is one apartment to have roaches and the whole complex does, so that goes to show you, you dont know what your talking about. i dont know how you enjoyed your stay you must have been in the same complex as amber that seems to be the only nice one around. They're not going to have a dothan cop and the manager in the bad one! well if u liked the apartments so much my question to you would be, why are you leaving than bigshot?

I worked there for a short time. those apartments were cheaply built, as I'm sure you could tell, if not then you are blind as hell!!! Also they had piss poor management. It kind of tells you something when they can't keep a leasing agent, manager, and the CEO of the company steps down shortly after that place opens.

Oates Estates sucks! I have a clean apartment and I have bugs. Stuff was falling apart soon after moving in. The management sucks! I can't wait until my lease is up so I can move out of this dump.
