oates was a bad place to live. i lived there almost two years and never really had any problems with the apt only that they are cheaply made. some people complained of bugs i did not have any (think god)!!!! the kids in the neighborhood were brats and did tear everything up. right before i left they fixed all the play areas which was all broken up. my daughter went to kelly springs elem. school which she enjoyed so the school was a plus. i never had no problems with noise at all. there are way too many dogs in these apts and begin to smell like a kennel. some people had great danes and pit bulls huge dogs!!!! the staff is nice but really didnt solve much issues. two young girls who care about being cute for work than doing there jobs!!! would not recommend at all i am glad to be free from oates!!!!!
