We put a deposit on an apartment that we were told to hurry and come in and apply for immediately because a previous applicant had been "dissaproved". We were promised the apartment was ours, we were given an address and even invited to attend the community pool party that evening to meet our fellow residents. We showed up when the office opened, signed the application and put the necessary deposits down. At around 2 pm that day (I guees she finally decided to come to work) the manager (-------) called to say that we could not have the apartment as she had finally approved the other applicant. WHAT!! We then had to fight to get the "nonrefundable application fee" returned. We never would have even set foot on the property had we not been told the apartment was ours and to "hurry" in and secure it. This manager was snobby and rude and never even offered so much as an apology. She said those apartments rent quickly so "oh well". While we were standing outside waiting for the manager and the leasing agent to come back from a shopping trip we spoke to several residents that kept coming by trying to pay their bills or discuss issues with the office. They all said that these two girls are NEVER in the office. They are always shopping, or off together somewhere. They all also said that they were rude and snobby towards everyone. We RAN from this place, I wouldn't rent there if it was free! I couldn't imagine dealing with these women all the time. RENTER BEWARE!!!
