All I ever see the maintenance staff doing is racing around on their golf carts. What they do is dangerous. I almost hit one of them the other day.
Also, if you have something wrong with your apartment don't expect it fixed very quickly. It took me 2 weeks to have something fixed. They act as if they are strung out on some type of drugs. They are not very professional or courteous. If I was you I would live somewhere else.
The ENTIRE staff at Princeton place should be FIRED.

I agree with the fact that the ENTIRE staff should be fired. I think that just as bad as the them is the kids that like to ride around the gates. I almost hit them twice while they were skateboarding everywhere, even with the designated area just that!

I've never had ANY problems like the ones these reviewers listed. In fact, I suspect the person that wrote the first review was a tenant who was evicted. Please pay no attention to this juvenile behavior as to posting reviews. Princeton Place is a VERY NICE place to live. All apartments have a bit of noise, but that's easily solved with a phone call to the office. I have NO complaints.

The staff there was wacked!! Every last one of them had been in jail and done serious time for drug use or possesion or production. You could not pay me to live there!!
