Staff was never available the hours they showed to be open, I guess the hours were there just to look good. Everytime we went to pay rent or request something to be done to the apt no one was ever there to take either. ------- the manager is completely incompetent all she was worried about is shopping and having parties. We had college aged students rent above us mid way through our lease that stayed up partying until almost 6 at least 3 nights out of the week, we went to ------- about this and she promised something would be done and if we ever had any more problems to call the security officer of the apts, we had MORE problems. Called the security officer several times and never got a response. The partys got out of control to the point of people hanging off their balcony to puke all over ours. ------- refused to do anything about it. We left as soon as our lease was up. When we left ------- told us that we had to replace the carpet in the living, that was fine our dog had pulled some of it up by the door when he was a puppy. Well a couple hours later she called us back and said that we had to replace all of the carpet b/c she said that non of the carpet could be pieced together, well all of the carpet was pieced together duh. So needless to say we replaced all the carpet in the apt and if I would have known what I know now I would have gotten a good lawyer and done something about it. ------- is a lazy individual and trys to get all that she can out of tenants, she really stuck it to us. I can honestly say if anyone is thinking of renting from this place please reconsider. Princeton Place should really check into the people they are hiring.

I had the same problem with staff not ever being in the office. BOTH girls were always together shopping or having lunch. What are the owners of this place thinking!!! They oviously never visit their property. It took me ALL day to get a package that they signed for because they were both "OFF THE PROPERTY". When I called Sandy told me they had the phones forwarded to her cell phone and wouldn't be back in the office until later that afternoon I had been trying to pick up my package since 10:30 that morning!!! The worst apartment managers in Dothan!!!!
