I have lived in several apartments over the past 8 years and could not believe how noisy this place is I should have know by the "PARTY CROWD" that manages the place. I am a professional person and thought that due to the high rent of Princeton Place I could expect quality. NOT THE CASE!!! It was a nightmare to get anything fixed and the office was always closed. It took 5 complaints to get a water leak fixed and as a result my utility bill was very HIGH!! There was always an "OUT TO LUNCH" or "BE BACK LATER" sign on the door. This situation has gotten worse and now they don't answer the phone. I am now living at Sweetwater Apartments and LOVE IT!! I should have just waited for an apartment there and saved myself the hassle of moving again!!!Do yourself a favor and read their ratings I wish I had!!!!

The office only closes when taking an hour lunch on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, to check and make sure the vacant apartments are ready for move ins, or when showing a possible new tenant the grounds. The sign does not read "BE BACK LATER" it reads "Out On The Property" for the reasons listed above.

I will say that this is a more accurate review than one would believe. My husband took a day off of work, and since rent was due the following week, he went by the office to pay in person. He went by 5 different times and finally ended up putting the check under the door because nobody was ever there, and he could never find anybody "out on the property" except Billy - the maintenance manager.

I worked at that hell whole and the manager was never there and constantly shopping and said she was getting "things for the office" or trying to get her (at the time) ex fience in trouble with the military or sleeping and let her kidsv run all over the place and scream at each other at the top of there lungs an ex meth maker addict maint. or her dope head brother help him!! She would only come down to help guys whome she thought she could date ?? Real professional!!!!! I would not live there if it was the last place on earth.
