I am from New Orleans and after the hurricane, my husband and I were transferred to Dothan. I met a girl at a gas station and I asked her what are the good apartments here. She said that Princeton Place was great, so we checked it out. The staff was very nice and the apartments were beautiful. Even the rent was great! Everything was great, until the manager decided to remove one of the main parking lots to build a skate park for the "kids". It was for her son and his friends. All day you heard them hitting their skateboards and yelling. Her daughter who was all of -- I think, would take the golf carts for a spin and I nearly hit her with my car a few times.
When I had a problem, the maintenance men were out there in a very timely manner. I never had to wait for anything. We got the news that we had to move back to Louisiana and when I told the staff, they said that my lease ended in two days and that I had to give a 2 month notice. We had to pay rent in two states for two months. If you love noise and kids screaming you will love this place.
