I lived there for 2 years before I bought a house. It is pretty safe with the gate and cops living there. The grounds are very nice and no matter how dead the grass is in town their grass is always green. The rooms are very spacious as well as the closets. We had some problems with the kitchen sink once and the maintance guy was there the next day and fixed it with no problem. The only downfall I found with this place is that there was hardly any parking. The three bedroom apartments only has enough room for 2 cars and the 2 bedroom apartments were pretty bad at finding parking expecially after they turned one of the parking lots into a skateboard park. In the 3 bedroom apartments there are a lot of children so if you have children this would be great for you but not if you don't like kids b/c they stay outside all the time. When we lived in a 2 bedroom apartments we had the cops called on us 3 times b/c the people under us said we were too noisy but they could hear everything from our dishwasher, washing machine, tv, and walking. We never lived in anything but the top floor so we never heard any of our neighbors. Also we had cable internet and it went out everyday; probably because so many people there had it and would knock us off line. Out of the other apartments in Dothan this one is one of the best. There is a Winn-Dixie just up the road and very close to everything else in town as well without feeling like you live in the city.
