Me and my fiance have lived here for 2 months now and it's been great. The office staff just had a little pool luau yesterday just to be nice. There hasn't been alot of noise or parking difficulty. Maintenence is great. People are friendly. If they suddenly become evil and try to take advantage of us we'll write another review describing the wicked things they did to us in detail.

FYI: the luau wasn't there way of just "being nice". It was held to attract future residents. If you think back about the details, you were encouraged to invite friends and I believe some kind of incentive was even offered if you recommended someone and they actually leased an apartment. Still think they were just being nice??!!
