I have to agree with what has been stated many times so far regarding the management. The managers are very unprofessional and uncaring. If management tells you they are going to do something verbally, don't believe it! They are gifted liars! The only way to get something handled by them is to get it in writing. By all means, if you can't reach them by phone, don't leave a message because they're not going to call you back. Someone mentioned about the gates not working properly. It can be quite a nuisance to sit there entering your code over and over again and the freakin' gate just won't open. That has happened to me many, many times and I've been behind others that it has happened to. If I could do it all over again, I would have moved out of Princeton Place when I first had an issue with them that went unresolved by them and I had to resolve it myself, using my money. The apartments are poorly insulated. If you choose to live here, by all means take the top floor apt., unless you want to here the toilets above you being flushed at any given time. It literally runs down the wall in the bedroom and it sounds like you live near a train track. My advice to anyone thinking about moving here is to explore all your options first.
