Great place to live. I've looked at a lot of other places and none within my price range offers the living arrangements, peaceful area, services, and friendly, helpful staff that they do here. At first it seemed a bit expensive, but since we got a small BAH raise here, a lot of places raised their prices and have less to offer. It's a bit farther from post than I like (about 10 miles from the middle of Fort Rucker...can take awhile with traffic). Also, I had very loud, obnoxious neighbors above me which didn't make me very happy (but this can happen anywhere). Otherwise, I'd highly recommend this place!
