I would agree with any review on here untill the time came to move. In the month before I left this complex I had several issues with the staff concerning maintenance issues and was simply told "your moving out, we will deal with them later". I refused to spend a month in the apartment with poor air conditioning (August)and a broken dish washer. The maintenance issues were handled swiftly but the repairs never lasted and in the last month the issues were ignored by the management. Once after asking if I was going to have to call the BBB I was told that would take longer than I had left to live there. After leaving I was sent a bill for 800 in addition to my lost deposit for carpet damage that had been noted on my move-in inspection. Bottom line- on the surface this is a great place to live but in the end you will move out so be prepared to get it in the End!
