When we first found this place we were excited and happy. The apartments and Town houses LOOKED nice. We felt the office staff was nice and eager to help you, as soon as we moved in however we sensed a change in their attitude and eagerness to help and please you. We have had numerous problems here. We are the 2nd renters and after we moved in we quickly noticed that the walls were half painted -half the way up the wall. In some areas they were spot painted. Even if you paint white on white, it is common sense to cover the whole wall as it will fade over the months and applying another white coat here and there does show and it looks terrible. They did not remove the electricity outlet covers either so there paint on them or their is an off white square around it. It looks so stupid! It's kinda funny, I just have to laugh when I look at it!! Have you ever heard of TAPE' We have a gorgeous staircase and it is ruined by this undecent paint job of a clown. Keep painting the way you do guys, it reflects how much you care! Your ruining the place... =)
Also, no flags....' That's interesting. ----- ------- (office Staff) likes to stick her own flags in all of our yards to wish us a happy 4th of july. But not on Lincoln Squares behalf, from her other side job... Wow! What a professional lady! Living here is a joke! So, they are basically braking their own rules... Yet another factor that none of them are proud or serious of that they work for here! They don't care of the housing or of the residents.
They do pest control, but it sucks. Are they spraying with water'' I'm serious..are they'' We were informed by a news letter that we, the residents here can buy our own pest remedies at local stores. Really'! DUH! Why on earth should we seek out "extra" pest control with our own time and money when we are paying Lincoln square for pest control'! They need to take our money and use it for what we are paying them for. Allright! Stop using "water" and hire a professional that does special rates for apartments and town homes...Look it up, it should be under pest control in the phone book...No...try the yellow pages...there you go! It is not that hard people! I swear the office staff all share ONE brain.
They have cheap appliances, washer, dryer, stove, fridge -cheap crap. The fridge is so small it belongs to a college dorm. The stoves are not cooking correctly, because they are CHEAP. Washer and dryer are loud and yes, cheap.
The carpet is cheap as well. Very low quality.
I would not live here if I were you! In fact I do not want to live here, but now we are locked into a lease. And the happy staff is now cranky, they can't figure out how to do their job, they don't know how and they don't even know what tape is and .... Isn't it sad!!
Yep, the office staff and maintenance, all of them are a joke. If someone lives here and have no problems...(it is very rare, casue everyone I have talked to have their own bad tale of this place) you might like it. But if anything comes up, you will have to go and pull teeth at the office. They like to argue and play games so that your needs will not be meet. They like to put things off till the last minute, they do not like to call you back ....unless you are looking into moving in here. =) yey!
Basically, the management is the worst I have ever seen. Because of them and how I feel treated I don't want to live here. If they would hire more professionall, respectfull people, that actually know what they're doing, and care about the hosuing and the residents this whole complex would be so much more enjoyable and better keept up. It would bring the complex into a whole new light! I do wish the owner would have put some better thought and money into the appliances, they pay them selves off... Why be so cheap, when the apartments and the townhomes look so nice, it just ruins it all but installing this cheap crap. In my experience and I have been around the world, this is the place I disliked the most.
If your military and have to rush to find a place to live, take my advice -do not take this one. Too much frustration, go anywhere but here! Beacon Ridge!!
