Positive:
- Office staff has ALWAYS been helpful, friendly, and respectful. I've been to see them dozens of times, and I do mean it when I say *always*. They seem to care a about the renters and take pride in their jobs. (No arguing, no games.)
- Maintenance requests are usually handled same-day, or at the very latest, within 48 hours. (The first maintenance guy they had when we moved here was a bit of a slacker, but they promptly replaced him. The new person is professional, courteous, respectful, etc.)
- The grounds here are great. They put a lot of effort into keeping up appearances. The grass is green and never gets too long, the pool is always clean, etc.
- Plenty of parking.
- Ample space inside the apartments. According to the official website, our 2BR/2Ba is just under 1200 square feet.
- Less than a 5 min drive to the gates of Ft. Rucker.

Negatives:
- Berber carpet. I don't like it! I'm no carpet expert, but it seems like cheap stuff to me. But it is thick, and it seems help muffle sounds from the apartment below.
- Sound carries.. but I guess that's to be expected in an apartment.
- The doors/windows don't seem to be sealed very well, but they're actually in the process of fixing that right now.
- We've had a plumbing problem twice, but they said that "water issues" always take top priority, so each time it was handled promptly.
- Some people (me included) speculate as to the quality of construction, since many of these townhouse and apartment complexes went up so quickly.
- It's true that the appliances aren't the best, but all of ours function properly.
