Don't bother with this crappy "community". The management is rude and disrespectful with no concerns for it's tennants. It took them over a year to fix the tile that had broken apart in my bathroom floor, and to fix the mold on the ceiling in my bathroom that was there about a week after I moved in. The indoor pool is closed regularly because they can't maintain a proper chemical level in it. The laundry rooms and machines are terrible, because they rent them out to a laundry company and won't even take complaints about the machines or company that owns them. You have to call the company yourself to get them fixed, even though Polynesian Village gets paid to let them keep thier washers and dryers here. The management, especially Lucindica (property manager) is rude and lazy. Don't waste your time here unless you are on Section 8 or HUD, because the state makes them fix those apartments to code every year.

I don't believe the reviewer above is actually reviewing Polynesian Village. I've lived here for 3 years, and we don't have a laundry room, an indoor pool or an entry way. I'm not sure what apartment community he or she is reviewing.
